Why we exist

Every security and observability program depends on telemetry, and almost none of them own it. Data is produced by dozens of vendors in dozens of shapes, forwarded through infrastructure nobody designed on purpose, and consumed by tools that each assume they are the center of the world. The result is high cost, quiet gaps, and lock-in to whichever analytics platform happens to hold the pipelines.

CyberAIX exists to give that telemetry an owner. Our platform sits in the path of the data, shapes it once, delivers it anywhere, and keeps itself running.

What we believe

Data should be shaped once, upstream. Normalization, enrichment, and reduction belong in the pipeline, where every destination benefits, not inside a single tool.

Destinations should be replaceable. A customer should be able to change analytics vendors, storage providers, or AI models by editing configuration. If they cannot, the pipeline has become a feature of someone else's product.

Reduction is routing, not deletion. Data removed from an expensive tier should land in a cheaper one by default. Discarding telemetry should be a deliberate policy decision, never a side effect.

Automation needs limits. Autonomous agents should keep pipelines healthy without asking permission for routine repairs, and should always ask before touching anything that affects compliance.

How we work

We are a remote-first company with engineering, product, and customer teams distributed across several time zones. We ship continuously, write things down, and prefer a clear document over a long meeting. Customers work directly with the engineers who build the product.
